In closer collaboration with our strong cooperation partners BayernLB and Helaba, vc trade is developing a module for handling digital real estate loans. The first real estate loan transactions have already been syndicated on the platform. Further central real estate loan arrangers are in the onboarding process. We are looking forward to the exciting development in the asset class, which is new for vc trade.
