The ESG-linked Schuldschein loan with a total volume of EUR 75 million was successfully subscribed with tranches of three, five and seven years. The order book was significantly oversubscribed. The issue proceeds will be used for general corporate financing and are linked to two ESG KPIs – CO2 emissions and occupational accident frequency. The transaction was accompanied by BayernLB.
