application procedure
We would like to get to know you in an initial interview. Here we pay more attention to whether you could fit into the team than to certificates and grades. We will be happy to introduce you to our company, our work and your future tasks.
If you and we can imagine working together after this interview, you will meet at least one of our founders in a second interview. If the positive mutual impression of the first meeting is also confirmed in this meeting, there is nothing standing in the way of a collaboration.
workplace
With us you have the choice of where you would like to work. We offer you a place in our office in Frankfurt am Main, Stuttgart or Berlin. In addition to your colleagues, modern and communicative workplaces, rooms for meetings and events, free drinks, community events and much more await you there.
You can also work up to 100% mobile or in your home office. We will be happy to help you set up the appropriate technical equipment. If you would like to combine a family visit or holiday abroad with work, you can work from outside Germany for up to six weeks a year.
Technical equipment
We will provide you with the appropriate technical equipment for your work. You will receive a laptop for this, which you can also use for private purposes. Additional equipment (screens, keyboard, mouse,…) is available in the office.
For your mobile work or work at home, we are happy to support you with further equipment to enable you to work optimally.
Appreciation
You will receive a fair salary, special benefits and the opportunity to build up your pension plan. We always agree permanent contracts, 30 days holiday is a given.
At your start by vc trade, you will receive intensive support and be introduced to the new topics. In order to better understand and work on your task or a topic, we will find a suitable seminar for you, pay the fee and count the seminar days as working time.
Your personal and professional development is important to us. That’s why we organise free language courses and training and support your further development within the company, e.g. through mentoring and coaching.
